Microsoft Flow has recently added advanced options for running Flows on a schedule! There has already been the ability to set the interval and frequency for the Flow to run, but now with the advanced options you can choose the start time, days, hours and minutes that the Flow will run. This gives you much more control over the scheduling.
- Navigate to My Flows and then click on Create from Blank on the top right.
- Search for Recurrence then choose the Schedule – Recurrence trigger.
3. Click on Show advanced options.
4. Now you can choose the interval and frequency, as well as the start time, days, hours and minutes that the Flow will run. The Start Time and Hours are in military time.
Example: If you want your Flow to run twice a week on Monday and Wednesday at 5:15AM this is the configuration.
You can now add the rest of the steps to your Flow that you want scheduled!
